Le programme pr\u00e9vu ne peut r\u00e9unir la population et tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements publics et priv\u00e9s sont annul\u00e9s. Lors de sa visite dans l\u2019exposition il a d\u00e9livr\u00e9 un message \u00e0 leur intention.
